CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP


(a) Patron, (b) Donor, (c) Life Member (d) Annual Member (e) Ordinary Member  (f) Student Member (d) Honorary Member

  • Patron: Any individual or a firm, company, trust, society, organization or institution, who has donated not less than 10,000/- Rupees Ten Thousand Only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Executive Committee may be enrolled by the Executive Committee as Patron  Member. Such individual Patron member shall be member for life and such non-individual member shall be a member for 25 years. Such members will have voting right.
  • Donor: Any person or a firm, company, trust, society, organization or institution, who has donated to the Society a sum of not less than 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Governing Body from time to time shall be enrolled as a Donor Member. Such individual donor member shall be a member for life and such non-individual or organizational member shall be a member for 40 years. Such members will have voting right.
  • Life Member: Any person who has paid a sum of not less than 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Executive Committee from time to time shall be enrolled as Life Member. Such members shall be member for life and have voting right.
  • Annual Member: Any person who has paid a sum of not less than 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Executive Committee, may be enrolled as Annual Member. This membership shall come to an end unless renewed on payment of annual subscription again as prescribed by the Executive Committee. Such members will have voting right.
  • Ordinary Member: Any person who has paid a sum of not less than 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Executive Committee, may be enrolled as Ordinary Member. This membership shall come to an end unless renewed on payment of annual subscription again as prescribed by the Executive Committee. Such members will have voting right.
  • Student Member: Any person who is a student in any government recognized school or college and have paid a sum of not less than Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) or such higher amount as may be decided by the Executive Committee, towards annual membership fees, may be enrolled as Student Member. This membership shall come to an end unless renewed on payment of annual subscription again as prescribed by the Executive Committee. Such members will not have any voting right.
  • Honorary Member: Any person who in the opinion of the Executive Committee has rendered outstanding and exemplary services to the Society in general may be conferred the Honorary Membership by the Executive Committee. Honorary Members of the Society shall not exceed TEN in number at any given time, provided further that not more than one member shall be nominated as Honorary Member during any one particular year. Such members will not have any voting right.
  • Any member can acquire a higher membership by paying the difference in membership fees as paid by him or her and fees of higher membership as existing at the time.

The membership in any of the above categories shall not exceed such maximum number as may be determined by the Executive Committee from time to time.

  • If a member is other than an individual i.e. from an institution, association, trust, firm, company, etc. such member will be entitled to nominate any one individual, formally associated with the member by a resolution or a letter of authority to represent the member on the roll of members. Such nomination shall remain in force till changed by another resolution or authorization sent to the Society by such non-individual member. The duration of such membership shall not exceed 40 years. Membership shall cease to exist if the non-individual member ceases to exist or closes down.

 

RE-ADMISSION 

Any person, who has resigned or been removed from the membership, may at any time be re-admitted at the discretion of the Executive Committee on a fresh application and on payment of arrears, if any in full, which is only for the purpose of Rules of election of organization.

 RESIGNATION

A member may resign her/ his membership by a notice in writing addressed to the President of the organization, provided however, that a resigning member shall be liable to pay the subscription due for the year in which the notice of the resignation is received together with arrears of subscriptions if any.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEE

Payment towards membership fee shall be paid either by Cash or Demand Draft / Cheque drawn in favour of “Botuku Ramesh Sneha Samithi” payable at Hyderabad. Payment can also be made via NEFT transfer to be deposited in to the following Bank Account:
